Meet the HR Team – Rachel Sellers

Rachel M. Sellers, PHR: HR Consultant & Business Manager

Lancaster resident Rachel M. Sellers of Hubric Resources has nine years of HR experience specializing in recruitment and employee relations. She explains, “I help a business with any HR needs they may have – either they do not have the capacity to do the work or they need guidance on compliance or best practices.”

Sellers earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a management option from Millersville University and is proud to have earned her Professional in Human Resources certificate. Each day she comes to work at Hubric, she finds joy in helping clients. Says Sellers, “I enjoy getting to know the people at each organization. I have provided interim work for several clients, which means someone has left his or her role and I am the new set of eyes in the position. I enjoy making process improvement changes and leaving them in better shape than when I started.”

Outside of her time with Hubric Resources, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their two young children: Elise, 2, and Alana, 8 months. Rounding out the crew is their 9-year-old German shepherd/husky mix, Bruce.

Food and drinks are near and dear to her heart, too. When she gets the chance to head to Happy Hour, her order would likely be an IPA. And for a sweet treat, she’d definitely pick chocolate, something she just can’t imagine life without.

Sellers is also a fan of travel. When tasked with choosing a favorite trip, she declares a tie between her honeymoon in the Dominican Republic and a road trip of the Pacific northwest.

Whether she’s vacationing, enjoying time with family, or hard at work, Sellers lives by her personal motto: “It’ll all be fine! Everything always works out in the end.”
