Doreen Kutzler

DOREEN KUTZLER

HR Consultant

Doreen joined Hubric Resources in 2019 after gaining her experience in industries spanning from construction supply, medical device manufacturing, healthcare services, and utilities. Doreen has more than 30 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience including Interim HR support, Labor Relations, Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Retention, and Employee Relations, but she’s an HR Generalist at heart.

She is a member of the Berks County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a faculty member of Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), and a volunteer at the Berks County Animal Rescue League.

Doreen is very passionate about horses and the farm where she lives with her husband, Paul. She enjoys spending time around horses to relax, harvesting vegetables from her garden, and gathering eggs from their flock of chickens. Early mornings spent in the barn, to Doreen, can be cathartic. And according to her, horses help you learn about yourself because “they have a keen sense of one’s emotions”, which has also served as another way for her to strengthen her HR mindset over the years.
