Hubric Resources opened for business in the fall of 2004 and soon afterward, we obtained our first client, Safe Berks (formerly Berks Women in Crisis). Over the next 16 years, Hubric grew to where it is today with over 150 active clients, with many in the mid-Atlantic region but others with offices across the country and even a couple internationally.  Hubric provides HR support to most industries, some of which include: healthcare, manufacturing, restaurant, service, county and local government, public and private schools, banking, universities, dental offices, and even a zoo.  Originally named Reading-Berks HR Management, the company was renamed in 2020 due to the fact that it grew to the point where it was providing services well outside of its Berks County, PA headquarters.
